They are the same that come with the tank cartridges and allow you to refill your cartridges continously without the need to keep purchasing tank cartridges. 

EGO-T Overflow Prevention cap Cone shape can only be used with the EGO-T Cone shape tank cartridge.

EGO-T Overflow Prevention Cap Cylinder shape can only be used with the EGO-T Cylinder shape tank cartridge.
